My favorite time to paint is early in the morning. When it is quiet and I have had my coffee.My studio is outside so I have a few steps from my house to get to it. I think there is something very intimate in the smaller works having always painted quite large. Painting usually everyday and always in the morning I have chosen the title Morning Paintings.
12x12" oil on linen This is a beautiful drive, back in the country. Lots of small farms, ranches and vineyards. This is a small ranch I came across and just had to paint.
