My favorite time to paint is early in the morning. When it is quiet and I have had my coffee.My studio is outside so I have a few steps from my house to get to it. I think there is something very intimate in the smaller works having always painted quite large. Painting usually everyday and always in the morning I have chosen the title Morning Paintings.
8"x8" scalloped heart. Hand made and handpainted pieces with vintage shards and glass embellishments. The little cottage with it's red roof was inspiration for the addition of the little strawberry. Hence, the title "Strawberry Cottage"
Susan you amaze me...every piece you compose is fresh and slightly different. REally like your paintings in the middle. You must be finding great success with these little sparkling gems....my heart is not two feet from where I sit at the computer...certainly more beautiful than my computer screen!!! Where you find such delicate china is a mystery...best kept by you!!
